Amazing place with good quality clothes and shoes. If you want to follow actual tends in fashion you definitely should visit this place! And local staff are very attentive and cool!

J.crew is a reasonable place for clothing for your girl and for yourself..what I like about this place is that they let you look around and never put pressure on you. They also have a good size fitting room and seating available for guests to relax on while you shop..I would recommend this place to anyone looking for that special look....

The best customer service! The store is always neat and organize staff goes beyond to help you Cindy the manager is awesome! Highly recommend for good customer service and prices. I have shop at JCrew in Georgetown store not once did anyone ask me if I needed assistance. The area where things that are on sale was on the floor area was very messy never seen this in a JCrew store.

Amazing location, super convenient walk from downtown or Yale. Staff are always very helpful. Had a confusing situation with a gift card, the staff, Megan and Luis, didn't stop until they had it figured out.

I had a problem with my suit order, which was delayed because of UPS. Lucy was extremely helpful and solved the problem super quickly, offered a good alternative and was very transparent from the beginning to the end. Besides, she was of great service to try different suits, etc. Thanks!!

Very helpful & clean. Easy parking (paid) across the street with plenty of shops within walking distance.
